Position: ASSISTANT FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Our client is one of the leading real estate and property developers in the country and they are looking for an Assistant Financial Controller to join their team! This role is responsible for closely managing the company’s financial health by maintaining, analyzing, and reporting financial statements accurately, timely and in accordance with accounting policies and standards.
This position is based in Quezon City and under an onsite work arrangement.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for closely managing the company’s financial health by maintaining, analyzing, and reporting financial statements accurately, timely and in accordance with accounting policies and standards.
- Maintains an effective and efficient system of accounting records as well as a comprehensive set of internal controls.
- Manages the Company’s financial planning and budgeting activities.
- Ensures the Company’s compliance to company policies as well as regulatory rules and guidelines as far as financial reporting is concerned.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- With at least 5 years of experience as a finance or accounting manager.
- Well versed in financial management, financial reporting, audit and general accounting.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (in particular MS Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Outstanding attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
