Position: CAGE AND COUNT DIRECTOR
A premier integrated resort and casino in Cebu City is looking for a Cage and Count Director. The role will be responsible for the operation of the casino cage to ensure internal controls are in place, excellent customer service is provided, and set profitability is attained. It requires collaboration with auditors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams, as well as the development and maintenance of internal controls and operational processes.
This position is based in Cebu and under an onsite work arrangement.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Manager in a similar capacity within the casino industry.
- Candidates must possess a valid PAGCOR or gaming license, demonstrating their compliance with regulatory standards in the gaming industry.
- With keen attention to details and strong proficiency in process improvements.
- Must have unquestionable integrity.
- Strong communication as well as customer servicing skills.
