Our client is a 5-star integrated resort and casino company looking for Casino Ambassadors to join their team!

This role involves coming up with sales & marketing activities to identify potential casino players, both local and out of the country, and be able to bring them to play in the Company’s casino facility.

This position is based in Cebu and under an onsite work arrangement.


  • Develops and executes targeted marketing campaigns through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
  • Brings in casino players, both domestically and internationally, to play in the company’s facilities.
  • Actively promotes and highlights special promotions, events, and exclusive offers to attract potential players.
  • Provides personalized services to VIP guests, including assistance with reservations, special events, and accommodations.
  • Provides excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, offering information about casino amenities, and addressing concerns.


Job Qualifications:

  1. Must have at least 1 year experience in a similar capacity.
  2. Must know the Korean or Chinese market and must be able to speak Korean or Mandarin
  3. Knowledgeable about casino games and operations is an advantage.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  6. Customer-oriented, with pleasing and charming personality, enthusiastic and outgoing.
