Job Overview:
Our client, one of the biggest property developers in the country is looking for an HR Director to manage the HR functions specific to the organization’s sales agency force.
This position is based in Quezon City; under onsite work arrangement.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management for the sales agency force.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures specific to the sales agency.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Support management in strategic HR planning and execution for the sales agency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in HR or Sales Force Management, managing commission-based individuals.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
