Position: HR DIRECTOR
One of the country’s newest premier integrated resort & casino complex is looking for a HR Director to play a critical role in ensuring that the integrated hotels attracts and retains top talent, maintains positive relationships with employees, and complies with all employment laws and regulations.
- Manages all aspects of the integrated hotel’s human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develops and implements recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talents.
- Maintains positive relationships between management and employees. This would involve handling employee grievances and complaints, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Manages the hotel’s compensation and benefits programs, which may include salary structures, bonus plans, health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits. Stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the hotel’s compensation and benefits packages remain competitive.
- Creates and implements training and development programs to help employees grow their skills and advance their careers within the hotel. This would involve identifying training needs, designing training programs, and overseeing the delivery of training to employees.
- Ensures that the hotel complies with all employment laws and regulations. Stays up-to-date with changes in employment law, developing policies and procedures to ensure compliance, and conducting regular audits of HR practices to ensure that the hotel is adhering to all relevant regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in any business course, human resource management, or any related course, or its equivalent
- Fifteen (15) years of related working experience preferably as a HR Generalist.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in all facets of HR.
- Has done set-up and has branded international hotel experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
