Position: PRODUCT IMPLEMENTATION HEAD
A local life insurance company based in Makati City is looking for a Product Implementation Head to join their team! This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of both new and existing products, ensuring seamless integration into the company’s systems and conducting post-launch monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Develops a cohesive product implementation strategy in alignment with the company’s overarching vision and goals.
- Oversees the entire implementation process, from project initiation to completion, and conduct post-review metrics analysis.
- Collaborates closely with product development teams, providing valuable feedback based on implementation experiences to enhance product features.
- Acts as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase, managing client expectations and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Implements and enforces quality assurance processes to guarantee accurate deployment of the product meeting client requirements.
- Collaborates with various teams across the organization, including Actuarial, Operations, Transformation and Technology, Risk Management, and other committees, to ensure seamless execution of product strategies.
- Tracks and analyzes product performance and program execution by periodically monitoring the profitability and viability of insurance plans and riders, making adjustments as necessary.
- Drives process alignment and compliance with company and regulatory rules on product development and management.
- Develops and implements policies that align with the Company’s goals, objectives, and strategies.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in BS Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Finance, or other relevant courses.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in life insurance or a similar field, with a primary focus on Product Development.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently lead, coach, and mentor a team.
