Our client, a fast growing start-up insurance agency, is looking for dynamic Sales Officers to join their team! In this exciting role, you will be responsible for various tasks aimed at generating sales and maintaining client relationships. Excel at building relationships, closing deals, and providing top-notch financial solutions to help clients secure their financial future, and peace of mind through tailored insurance plans.


This position is based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City; under hybrid work arrangement.



  • Acquire new corporate accounts, focusing on group life and medical/health insurance for companies.
  • Analyze and recommend pricing and benefits packages, present proposals, and negotiate with clients for account closure or renewal.
  • Collate and analyze data to prepare comprehensive client proposals based on various insurance providers’ pricing.
  • Prepare and update presentation materials, ensuring all data is accurate and compelling.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings, ensuring compliance with Know-Your-Client (KYC) policies, AMLA, and other governance standards.
  • Submit detailed weekly sales reports, including customer feedback, sales updates, and profitability analysis.



  • Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience in the insurance or banking industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with confidence to present complex technical concepts to a wide range of audiences.
  • Highly analytical thinking and excellent decision making.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
