Job Overview:

Our client, a global leader in the Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) industry is seeking a dynamic Site HR Manager to join their team!  The role is based at the project site in Pampanga and will oversee the HR requirements of the employees in the project site.  The role will likewise work and collaborate closely with the corporate HR team for key and strategic HR programs required by site employees.

 

This position is based in Clark, Pampanga; under onsite work arrangement.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard new hires, and manage performance feedback.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits for employees.
  • Lead the project HR team, ensuring HR adds value to the project.
  • Update and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, adhering to local laws and regulations.
  • Apply company policies and coordinate with headquarters HR departments.
  • Manage recruitment, employment, onboarding, benefits, performance evaluation, termination, and other HR processes in compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Handle labor relations and disciplinary measures as per project HR policy, informing relevant authorities.
  • Assist headquarters with immigration permits for foreign employees.
  • Maintain work benefits standards, enact guidelines, and make recommendations to the Project Director.
  • Ensure legal compliance with local labor laws for both hired and seconded employees.
  • Keep HR software updated with staff changes.
  • Ensure HR requirements in the contract with the client are met.
  • Record and update the organizational chart as changes occur.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
  • 10 years’ experience in HR Management gained from a construction company or similar industry.
  • Strong familiarity with the Philippine labor code.
  • Demonstrated strength in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills.
  • Attention to detail and good judgement.
